Welcome to Pause Breathe.
Pause Breathe was created from a simple belief: every woman deserves time to slow down, breathe and reconnect with herself.
Like many women, I've spent years balancing work, family, responsibilities and the constant demands of everyday life. Along the way, I learned just how important it is to make time for our own wellbeing, not as a luxury, but as a necessity.
After experiencing my own health challenges, including a heart attack at 44 and navigating menopause, I came to understand just how important it is to slow down, listen to our bodies and prioritise our wellbeing.
My own journey has taught me the value of slowing down, creating space to reflect and taking care of both mind and body. Through self-care, wellness practices and meaningful connection with others, I discovered how powerful it can be to simply pause.
Why I Created Pause and Breathe
I created Pause and Breathe to offer women a welcoming and supportive space where they can step away from the pressures of daily life and focus on themselves for a while.
This isn't about perfection, having all the answers or adding another thing to your to-do list.
It's about creating moments of calm, connection and restoration.
A space where women can come together, feel supported, learn something new, share experiences and leave feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to themselves.
My Vision
My vision is to build a warm and inclusive community where women can prioritise their wellbeing without guilt.
Through wellness evenings, retreat days, weekend retreats and collaborations with inspiring practitioners, I hope to create experiences that nurture the mind, body and soul.
Pause and Breathe is about reminding women that taking care of themselves is not selfish – it is one of the greatest gifts they can give themselves.
